Laura Hitchcock is a busy arts journalist. Besides serving as CurtainUp’s chief Los Angeles critic, she contributes to The Los Angeles Times, L. A. Stage and Back Stage West, among others. She also leads theatre tours to London and Dublin, taught Arts Journalism at The Learning Annex and teaches Film Appreciation at Emeritus College, Santa Monica. She has been a Critic Fellow at the Eugene O’Neill Theatre Center’s National Playwrights Conference, served on the California Arts Council and is a member of The American Theatre Critics Association.
